Chicago's Indoor Garden has been growing freshly sprouted beans, greens and grasses in the heart of Chicago since 1987.  Our growers work with the utmost care to provide delicious, fresh sprouts of the highest quality.  Our growing process is chemical-free.  We use only the finest seed stock available for our sprouts.  Our impeccable sanitation standards and rigorous testing programs ensure that our facilities and foods are clean and safe.

Because our garden is indoors, we grow fine, fresh living foods every day of the year.  We grow healthy live food for a healthy lifestyle!

Read about the nutrient values of sprouts

Our varieties of sprouted beans are all delicious eaten raw - sprinkle them onto salads, sandwiches and baked potatoes.  Like mushrooms, bean sprouts are easy and delightful to cook with.  Add them last when preparing fried, steamed or sautéed dishes.  More about our beans....

Our fresh cut greens are delicious as low-calorie snack foods, and make a beautiful addition to sandwiches or salads.  They are excellent sautéed in stir-fry dishes or added to soups or stews.  More about our greens...

We grow our high quality sprouted grasses using only purified water and harvest them at the moment of optimum freshness.  Our sprouts make crisp, juicy and flavorful additions to salads, burritos, sandwiches and omelets.  More about our grasses....

What's so special about Wheatgrass juice?  The young sweet green blades of grass - packed with enzymes, proteins, vitamins and minerals - are allowed to grow and produce these nutrients until seconds before they're blended into juice.  More about our Wheatgrass....

Sprouts have long been famous as "health food" but recent research shows that in addition to being a superb source of nutrients, they also have important curative ability. Sprouts like alfalfa, radish, broccoli and clover contain concentrated amounts of phytochemicals (plant compounds) that can protect us against disease. Sprouts also contain an abundance of highly active antioxidants that prevent DNA destruction and protect us from the ongoing effects of aging.
